Sig changes

Sorry you guys! I have a new rule now! Examine the folling table:

Members: May only have 1 sig!
VIM: May have a sig and userbar
Mods and admins: May have two sigs or a sig and two userbars!

This all I can do guys! I can't change the size!Sorry! If you don't have it changed by December 5th, I'll delete anybody's who doesn't follow the rules! Thanks! All admins, don't display awards in your sig. We'll use the Hall of Fame to show our awards. All mods and members and Vim's will have their awards in their sig! Thanks. You may still have an avy too!

Someone put the award in my sig without me knowing so yeh, i didnt do it heh.
